Package Shipping

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment, shipments to France, Germany, Italy, Holland, Belgium, Austria and Czech Republic with a charge of 5 euros. The package takes 48 hours to arrive at your home

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges. The handling costs are fixed, while the shipping costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in the same order. We can not combine two different orders, and shipping charges will apply for each individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do everything possible to protect all fragile items.

In case of return for guarantee we collect the product after seeing photographs, we analyze it and we send free of charge another new unit or we repair the damaged one.

In case of change of size, you must send the package at your cost and we will change it for another size with a charge of 10 euros.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
